1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- Must not have received facial restoration treatments like botox or fillers after 7/30/23.
- Must be open to full face restoration recommendation and timeline for best results by Kara.
- Must not be an employee, agent, or immediate family member of Kor Medspa or associated partners.
2. Entry Period
- The giveaway will begin on 11/7/23 and end on 12/8/23.
- The giveaway will begin on 11/9/23 and end on 12/8/23.
3. Entry Method:
- Participants can enter the giveaway by visiting the Kor-medspa.com/ landing page to enter to win the contest.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen randomly with random winner selection software by 5pm EST on 12/8/23. Kor Medspa will post an instagram story and Facebook reel picking the winner live.
5. Prize:
- The prize is a full face rejuvenation procedure provided by Kor Medspa. The exact details of the medical procedure, including its value, will be specified after initial consultation in a separate document or agreement. Winner must agree to before and after photos and is willing to be included in marketing collateral for Kor Medspa.
6. Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via email and social media by 5pm EST Friday 12/8/23. The winner must respond within 7 days (by Friday 12/15/23 to claim the prize), otherwise they forfeit the prize entirely and another winner will be selected.
7. Prize Acceptance:
- To claim the prize, the winner must meet all eligibility requirements and sign any necessary consent or release forms as required by the medical provider. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. An initial consultation appointment will be set up at the time of acceptance.
8. Publicity:
- By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway and Kor Medspa.
9. Privacy:
- Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Modification or Cancellation:
- Kor Medspa reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
11. Applicable Law:
- The giveaway is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Pennsylvania.
12. Prize Value:
- The exact value of the prize will be determined after the initial consultation when scope of treatment is determined and agreed upon. Approximate value is estimated between $4,000 and $8,000. The prize has no cash value and is for Mespa services only.
13. Release:
- Participants fully release and hold Meta harmless from liability, and this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta
- Any data collected for the purposes of executing this contest is consented to and is not being collected by Meta.
