Prescription Refill Requests
To request a refill through the patient app:
- 1. Download the patient app using the QR code provided
- 2. Log in and select Conversations
- 3. Tap the “+” icon in the upper right corner
- 4. Choose Prescription Refills
- 5. Submit your request to Kara and our care team
Once received, we’ll review your request and follow up with the next steps as needed.
