KOR Medspa Appointments & Booking Fees & Cancellation Policy

To secure your desired appointment, we recommend booking in advance. A booking fee is required for all appointments, whether booked directly or online. The booking fee requires a credit card or may be reserved in person with cash (USD).

Booking Fees:

• New client consultations require a $100 booking fee.
• When you proceed with treatment, the booking fee will be applied to your service.
• All treatments require a booking fee, which may vary depending on the service. This booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations, changes, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment.
• Certain treatments (e.g., Sculptra and Exosome treatments) require full payment at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of late cancellations, changes, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations/Reschedules:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for appointment changes. The booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations, changes, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • First occurrence: $100 fee.
  • Second occurrence: $200 fee and loss of booking privileges.
